Z. Z. Hill - "Second Chance"

I used to LOVE this song when I was a teen.  All of the versions I see on youtube have skipped over about a minute of the introduction that starts with a conversation.  All I can remember is the girl begging Z.Z.  She says, "well Z.Z., I'll do anything, and I'll promise anything. And I'll keep my promise, I mean it, I'll keep my promise if you just forgive me...."  She wants him to reconsider and she's doing some serious begging.  He says that he doesn't know if he can forgive her.  If you can remember the rest of the words from the intro, please let me know.
